In the past, I have always jumped into a “healthy” lifestyle full force. The issues then become that I cannot maintain it. Forget the training wheels, I want to go straight for the trick bikes. Slow and steady always wins the race though, so this time I will be the tortoise.
The plan is to make one or two small changes a week, that way I am not changing everything all at once. In the end, there will be the same result. I just hope that this method will make me more successful than my previous attempts.
